in a world where you can open any door, first of all, choose to open the door to your heart.

welcome, your journey to yourself + community starts now. here’s hopefully most of your initial questions answered. you can always call us with more. our goal is to ensure you feel safe, welcomed and inspired from the moment you walk through our doors.

sign up

you can make an account through the MindBody on our website, or by downloading their free app on your phone.

view our schedule here to begin the process.

what to bring

we recommend bringing a mat (although we do have some for rent), water bottle, a bolster (or pillows) + a blanket. layers feel great + socks are always welcome, especially during the cooler months.

a firm, rubbery mat will give you more support and stability than a thick pilates one. a hot yoga towel like yogitoes or equa towel will help soak up your sweat .

our boutique is stocked with mats, reusable water bottles and towels. we have a wide range of mats from Manduka with varying thicknesses and grip once you see what attributes you like, yogitoes and equa towels and refillable water bottles from Hydroflask. there is also a water refill station so you can refill your own.

check in

when you walk through our doors, you’ll see shoe trays up front and our front desk team ready to help you get settled in for class.

on-site we have a bench for belongings, restroom, single occupancy shower room and all the props (blocks, straps) you’ll need for class.

belongings

please leave your shoes on the shoe trays when you walk through our doors, that helps us keep the floors extra clean for your bare feet.

all your belongings can be hung up on the hooks or on the bench. in the studio, you’ll just want a mat, towel + water for class.

props

we have a tray right on the bench (pictured above) which holds all the props you’ll need for class. grab them right behind you in our equipment area.

due to COVID, we no longer have bolsters + blankets in studio, we recommend bringing them from home when you come for class. we do have everything else you may need - blocks, straps + more.

set up your space

we recommend laying out your towel over your mat and staggering with your neighbor. water bottles + props are best at the top of your mat so they are easily accessible once you get started.

this class stays at 78 so we recommend layers + a blanket.
