can you feel it? There is a lightness arriving earlier in the mornings + the days are lasting a little bit longer. This time of year feels hopeful. Join us for an hour long class that will old you, allowing you to focus on what lies within. It will backbend you into your future. AND it will revolve you so you can reflect, process + take what you learn with you. We’ll incorporate breath work techniques to help you connect with your inner self and set clear intentions. We’ll self massage, move stagnant energy filling our lymph nodes + prepare our bodies for the arrival of spring.

you’ll be given an at home guide to a morning + evening breath work practice that can be worked into any daily routine. this workshop will include intention setting for spring, pranayama and self massage technique in asana. bring energy + restoration to yourself this season by tapping into your internal rhythms.
