  • After months reading thoughtful emails written by Tiffany Lathrop at the yoga studio, I finally decided to participate in a Yoga Nidra class yesterday afternoon. It was lovely and I left refreshed and like I’d taken a nap, even. Mind you, I took a midterm exam after class, so I was also quite level-headed. Better still, I got a check-in call today, just to see how I was doing after my first class. Impressive. I’ll be back :)
