come unwind in the Frinklepod Farm and enjoy a relaxing afternoon of restorative yoga and flower picking.
begin the afternoon feeling grounded and clear with a one hour restorative yoga class next to the garden. practitioners of all levels are welcome. bring a mat, water, pillows + blankets.
