Have you ever wanted to try a class but been afraid to commit to 60, 75 or 90 minutes? We thought so…. It’s a new year + your time to grow by challenging yourself to try a new class in a 20 minute format.  We’re starting at 4P + not ending until 7P because we want you to be the very best version of yourself.  Come for one or stay for all.  Pick the one you’ve been afraid to try or take them all just because you can.  Change your life + change the life of someone else. This is a donation based class, we ask that you give any amount you can.  All proceeds will go to Sea Change yoga, providing yoga classes to those who don’t typically have the opportunity. here’s your class schedule:
