we're turning the heat off breaking down the postures you'll see the most of in our sweat + flow classes to help you learn flow, modifications and technique. bring your injuries and history and let us help you get the most out of each class. this class is ideal for prenatal, postnatal, new to exercise or those looking to further their practice and find help in areas they struggle in class. it is workshop based so bring all your questions!
