it’s here! we’ve been working behind the scenes since june to bring you the daily balance. it’s our daily habits, community + accountability all rolled into one.
expect everything you love about the daily sweat - movement, community, sweat - but now we’re adding to it. there are four weekly habits to set you up for success. there’s also five daily habits to help you get the right nutrition + in the right head space to have a successful day.
the program kicks off on january 2nd with a group meeting at 7P, you’ll set your intention for the month + beyond, learn our fav nutrition tips, gain access to our daily balance blog + meet the community that will be with you every step of the way.
each participant will get a journal so you can be reminded + keep track of your habits. you’ll have an omie for your direct accountability buddy + we’ll keep an invite only group page going with daily inspo + recipe shares. we’ll also meet every monday night to share new tips + dive deeper into nourishing your body + mind.
