a little more about yoga sculpt: This strength-based class will combine all of your favorite sweat + flow yoga poses and add a little extra power with strength drills layered into the flows (adding weights is 100% optional!). Throughout this class more time will be spent in certain poses to layer in specific muscle-targeted strengthening (think: bicep curls during warrior II, tricep kickbacks in chair pose, and a sprinkle of extra core work, just to name a few). This class is one more way to help you feel like your strongest, sweatiest, most beautiful self.
