As we enter into a new year after a busy season, it's important to take time to reflect and set intentions. Throughout the first hour, we will flow, as well as incorporate breathwork techniques to help you connect with your inner self and set clear intentions for the year ahead. In the second hour, you will be guided into a short meditation to help you set your theme for the year and create your own vision board as a tangible symbol of your intention. Start the year off on a positive note in community!
